Getting Together and Cutting Loose

Even while apart, we still stay together. Under more normal circumstances, each McFadyen office holds frequent seasonal celebrations, recreational events, contests, and competitions in-person, often virtually linked to other offices. That same connection remains, even while distancing, via frequent video collaboration, monthly all-hands calls, and company-wide contests, games, and challenges.

Our Learning platform McFadyen Academy offers latest technology development sessions which provides employees a base for knowledge building and enables them to provide quality work.

U.S. Office

December 2023 the McFadyen US Team got together for an evening of fun and competition. It was truly amazing to have everyone from across the United States meet at Top Golf for dinner, drinks and obviously golfing.

The evening starting with a speech from Tom and Fran who were unfortunately unable to join us due to Covid. The evening continued with yearly milestone presentations, followed by dinner and drinks. After, the competition ensued. The group was broken into groups to compete in a trivia/golfing competition. Everyone had fun and enjoyed each other’s company.

Florianópolis Office

In October 2023, we hosted our holiday event, bringing together team members residing in various Brazilian states for a memorable weekend in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. It marked a special occasion where we also celebrated McFadyen’s 10 anniversary of its Brazilian office.

Exploring the scenic beauty of Florianópolis, our team lodged in one of the beachfront areas to the north of the city. The weekend commenced with a group activity featuring Hawaiian canoeing.

The day unfolded with a lunch at the hotel, followed by some leisure time in the afternoon, allowing everyone to savor the surroundings at their own pace. Our evening concluded with a delightful dinner, where all team members relished local cuisine in a carefully curated space.

This event served as a unique opportunity to fortify our team’s unity, reinforce the bonds within our group, and instill the anticipation that the coming year will bring even more memorable experiences!

Bangalore Office

McFadyen Digital’s Bengaluru team celebrated the holiday season and the 20th anniversary of the company at Brigade Signature Resort on 9th and 10th December. The event included ice-breaker activities, games, lunch, swimming, speeches, videos, a mindfulness session, a party with DJ music, and a gift hamper for each employee. The event was a great success and helped the team bond well. The team thanked McFadyen Digital for the wonderful experience and wished for more such events in the future.
