Tom McFadyen founded McFadyen Digital 30+ years ago and has built a team of several hundred employees across North America, South America, and Asia. During 20+ years of digital commerce focus Tom has overseen 200+ large-scale implementations which cumulatively generate tens of billions of dollars of annual revenue. During 10+ years of focus on digital marketplaces he’s also overseen implementations which generate billions of dollars. He is a frequent speaker at IRCE, NRF, Shop.Org, and other eCommerce events. Tom also holds board & council positions at NRF, YPO, and the Oracle Commerce User Group.
Chip Frank heads McFadyen’s business operations, with 25 years of financial leadership experience in software/services companies. Chip has led several acquisitions in a variety of industries through his career and also led the financial aspects of the sale of software product firm. He leads the Finance, HR, Recruiting, and IT departments and is a registered CPA in Virginia.
Before becoming the Chief Strategy Officer at McFadyen Digital, Peter Evans was a Managing Partner at the Platform Strategy Institute, a consultancy dedicated to management strategy and application of platform business models across a wide range of sectors. Dr. Evans has over 20 years of experience leading teams in identifying, framing, assessing, and communicating high-priority marketplace trends and disruptions that support business planning and investment prioritization. Peter received his master’s degree and Ph.D. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations and an International Academy of Management Fellow. He is also the co-chair of the MIT Platform Strategy Summit and the Founder of MusicTech Connect in Atlanta.
Kiran Raghunathan is McFadyen Digital’s Chief Technology Officer and brings over 22 years of technology and strategy expertise having worked for large brands such as Sony, Capital One, and Nike. His experience in leading international teams and consistently delivering multi-million dollar projects with the highest quality and under budget is invaluable to our enterprise clientele. Kiran’s experience includes architecture, design and implementation of retail online commerce sites, omni channel commerce, major financial services and retail chain applications, including but not limited to POS, ERP, WMS, OMS, Call Center Applications, Automated underwriting solutions, Business Process Re-engineering enabled by the use of technology like workflow, human task management and documents workflow and Banking Integration with various third party solutions.
Tom Gaydos leads McFadyen’s internal marketing and client-facing digital marketing practice. With over 23 years of client engagement and Ecommerce experience since graduating La Salle University, Tom’s successes include leading the marketing efforts for a successful startup and helping digitally transform Fortune 500’s as a marketing practice lead for a major consultancy. Having spoken at events such as Dreamforce, Sales 2.0, and GE’s Digital Summit, Tom is a sought after thought-leader who helps McFadyen’s clients evolve their audience engagement.
Fran leads McFadyen’s Brazil operations and manages sales, delivery, finance, staffing and general operations. A native of Brazil and a trilingual talent, Fran has been with the company for over a decade and developed the Brazil offices to service clients in Brazil and North America (nearshore). Fran holds two Masters degrees, a Masters of Management from INDECS (Brazil), and a Masters of Science from George Washington University, to go along with 20+ years of prior work experience, including IBM. Fran has managed teams of 300 professionals and budgets over $10 million.
Uma Gandhi, an expert in the Retail and Telecom spaces, is a technology enthusiast who heads the global delivery efforts for McFadyen Digital. Uma has been with McFadyen for more than 8 years and has close to 20 years in IT with a focus on Ecommerce projects. His expertise is in solution architecture, planning, and delivery for large-scale projects including Ecommerce, marketing automation, PoS and online marketplace projects. An alumnus of prestigious College of Engineering Guindy, Uma’s career that has taken him from Stockholm, Sweden to Minneapolis and now to Washington, DC with McFadyen Digital. Along the way he has worked with some of the biggest e-commerce brands including IKEA, Target and Best Buy.
Adam brings 20+ years of Ecommerce experience to McFadyen Digital. Adam offers unique Ecommerce perspectives to McFadyen Clients, given he has held several different seats at the table. He’s been a practitioner, running the Digital Strategy and Commerce PMO at JCPenney, he’s worked on the product side with Oracle Commerce, he’s been a leader at several Systems Integrators who have built top household name Ecommerce Sites, and he has also had a marketing role from an agency perspective. These unique perspectives help Adam understand and connect with our clients’ business needs and offer both business and technical solutions to help our clients be successful.
Shaji Nair, an expert in delivering ecommerce programs for more than ten years, heads India operations of McFadyen Digital. Prior to McFadyen, Shaji lead global Oracle Commerce delivery for a top-tier IT company. An expert in onshore-offshore model, he is well known within IT circles for using innovative global delivery methods. Shaji’s stint with a “big 3” consulting firm in the US gave him exposure to the consulting side of business as he has managed program delivery. FOr the past ten years, Shaji has been exclusively delivering Ecommerce programs and is consulted by McFadyen’s clients for his expertise and thought leadership.
Alex is a seasoned professional who is passionate about creating value in ecosystems and platforms. With a deep understanding of strategy, transformation, and innovation, he is driven by the vision of a thriving Ecosystem Economy across Europe and beyond. Pesjak specializes in aligning purpose, ambition, and circularity to create strategic frameworks that drive success. He is skilled in transforming legacy businesses while simultaneously leading ecosystems through agile and dual operating models. Alex has a 20 year Brand and Innovation Background in Coca-Cola and Kraft Foods while working as a consultant for the last 11 years in the fields above. With a passion for creating value for all stakeholders, he is dedicated to driving the transformation to networked business models and organizations.
Ed Coke brings 18 years of Ecommerce experience to solving customer challenges for McFadyen Digital while serving as an executive advisor. Since joining ATG in the early days of the Ecommerce explosion Ed has led teams across the globe. A short time after the acquisition of ATG by Oracle, Ed ran the Global Commerce selling teams, ultimately serving as the Vice President of Global Strategy for Oracle’s Retail Global Business Unit. Ed also advises emerging companies with innovative and transformational solutions including Tulip Retail, Mirakl, Envoy Commerce and others.
