Adding Leadership Impetus to its Strategic Growth, McFadyen Digital hires Thomas Gaydos and Larry McGann as the Company Expands Services and Accelerates Growth in the Digital Commerce Space

These trends have necessitated both key leadership additions and supporting positions as the company continually strives to offer its customers access to the best talent, technologies, and strategies in the digital commerce space.
McFadyen Digital has hired Thomas Gaydos as Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Practice Lead and Lorcan McGann as Chief Technology Officer. Over the past few months, dozens of professionals have joined McFadyen Digital, including seven senior leaders.
As McFadyen’s CMO, Thomas Gaydos will oversee all aspects of the company’s branding, marketing, messaging, marketing operations, and sales operations efforts. With two decades of digital engagement experience, Gaydos will lead McFadyen Digital’s marketing efforts designed to help the company build on its strong leadership in the digital commerce space and help grow its innovative digital marketing practice.
Prior to joining McFadyen Digital, Gaydos served as Vice President of Marketing for Philadelphia custom apparel leader PrintFly Corporation, stewarding their RushOrderTees.com and SpreadSpirit brands. Prior to that, Gaydos lead digital transformation efforts for large organizations as a digital marketing practice leader for Bluewolf, recently acquired by IBM. Gaydos began his career as a graphic artist and UI developer. He holds a dual-track BA in Professional Communication Writing and Mass Media Studies from La Salle University.
As McFadyen’s CTO, Lorcan “Larry” McGann will articulate, own and develop the Company’s strategic technical direction with a specific focus on marketplaces. McGann will focus on ensuring that McFadyen has the best technology offerings in the commerce space. With a decade of experience in technical consulting and management of complex projects, he has deep expertise in marketplace technology & business models.
A licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts, McGann is a Boston College Graduate who has worked for Mirakl, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Autonomy, and General Electric in technical roles. His most recent role was Director of Solution Consulting at Mirakl, leading the presales team & partner training for the Americas.
