Director & Brazil Operations Lead
Fran leads McFadyen’s Brazil operations and manages sales, delivery, finance, staffing and general operations. A native of Brazil and a trilingual talent, Fran has been with the company for over a decade and developed the Brazil offices to service clients in Brazil and North America (nearshore). Fran holds two Masters degrees, a Masters of Management from INDECS (Brazil), and a Masters of Science from George Washington University, a Bachelor in Economics and a Quality Assurance certification from John Hopkins University, to go along with 20+ years of prior work experience, including IBM. Fran has managed teams of 300 professionals and budgets over $10 million.
