McFadyen Digital Brazil Earns Great Place to Work Recognition
We are proud to announce that McFadyen Digital’s Brazil location has achieved the Great Place to Work certification.
The Great Place to Work foundation is a global consultancy that supports companies achieving high standards of organization through a culture of trust, high performance and innovation. For its extensive work and credibility in the market, the GPTW seal is a great achievement for McFadyen and all other certified companies.
To obtain the Great Place to Work certification, an organization must be vetted by following a specific evaluation process. A test is applied to the company’s employees in a completely anonymous and impartial manner to determine a location’s qualifications. If the indicators are reached in the survey, the company is recognized in the regional territory as a Great Place to Work. Also, when obtaining the seal, the organization becomes eligible for future rankings of the best companies to work for in the region.
This year, McFadyen’s Brazilian office won the GPTW seal for the first time. By becoming a Great Place to Work, McFadyen also matches other companies in Brazil with great recognition in the technological market. For current McFadyen employees, achieving the seal corroborates positive internal recognition and adds reinforcement that the way we collaborate to deliver value for our clients is done in a thoughtful way. For future employees, the achievement demonstrates the intention that we are a welcoming and favorable environment for the growth and evolution of our team members.
