McFadyen Digital Statement on Continued Customer and Partner Support During COVID-19 Outbreak

We hope that you and your families are, and continue to be, safe and healthy during this COVID-19 pandemic.
We also want to assure you that McFadyen Digital remains committed to continue delivering projects on-time and in-budget. During our 33 years in business we’ve provided continuous client support through three recessions, the dot com boom & bust, 9/11, and the global recession. Together we will also weather the current challenge.
Global remote collaboration isn’t just our emergency plan, it’s been our daily practice and culture for over a decade. All our team members are experienced with working from home without reducing productivity.
McFadyen Digital has been operating in a globally distributed model with remote workers since we established our first offshore center 17 years ago. Five years ago, we added nearshore operations in Brazil and since then we’ve been balancing our professional services across five offices on three continents. We also balance critical data, compute services, and network infrastructure across redundant cloud and on-premise systems on multiple continents.
That said, we do have a robust business continuity plan (BCP) in place with risk mitigation details, fallback practices, redundant systems, and disaster recovery should further escalation occur. Our resiliency processes include frequent testing of disaster recovery with recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives.
We have been advising our staff to operate within the guidelines of the World Health Organization, the Center for Disease Control, Johns Hopkins, and local authorities. These processes ensure their safety and fortunately have not impacted their work performance (nor do we expect impacts from future guidance). We continue to closely monitor the situation and will adapt as necessary.
The four core values at McFadyen Digital are client focus, owning the outcome, adaptability, and collaboration. Those values have been guiding our team members for decades and will also lead us through the Coronavirus crisis.
