    Tom McFadyen founded McFadyen Digital over 30 years ago after graduating UVA with a BS in Systems Engineering. An accomplished expert in the realm of ecommerce and systems integration, Tom has served on the NRF Associate Member Council, as the President of the NoVA YPO chapter, and is currently a board member of PipelinePros. Tom can frequently be found speaking at industry shows such as Modern CX and Insight North America, or traveling the world in support of McFadyen Digital clients.

    RICHARD “CHIP” FRANKChief Financial Officer

    Chip Frank leads McFadyen’s business operations having provided 11 years of financial leadership of software/services companies on top of 11 years of consulting experience. Holding an MBA from Darden (UVA) and CPA, Chip has lead the acquisition of a tech company, a shopping center, as well as the startup of a restaurant. In addition to Finance and Accounting, Chip is also responsible for HR, Recruiting, and IT.

    Ed Coke brings 15 years of Ecommerce experience to solving customer challenges for McFadyen Digital while serving as their Chief Revenue Officer. Since joining ATG in the early days of the Ecommerce explosion Ed has led teams across the globe.  A short time after the acquisition of ATG by Oracle, Ed ran the Global Commerce selling teams, ultimately serving as the Vice President of Global Strategy for Oracle’s Retail Global Business Unit. Ed also advises emerging companies with innovative and transformational solutions including Tulip Retail, Mirakl, Envoy Commerce and others.

    Tom Gaydos leads McFadyen’s internal marketing and client-facing digital marketing practice. With over 19 years of client engagement experience since graduating La Salle University, Tom’s successes include leading the marketing efforts for a successful startup and helping digitally transform Fortune 500’s as a marketing practice lead for a major consultancy. Having spoken at events such as Dreamforce, Sales 2.0, and GE’s Digital Summit, Tom is a sought after thought-leader who help’s McFadyen’s clients evolve their audience engagement.

    LORCAN MCGANNChief Technology Officer & Marketplace Practice Lead

    As McFadyen’s CTO, Lorcan “Larry” McGann articulates, owns and develops the company’s strategic technical direction and leads the Marketplace practice. With a decade of experience in technical consulting and management of complex projects, Lorcan has deep expertise in marketplace technology & business models. A Licensed Attorney in the State of Massachusetts, McGann is a Boston College Graduate who has worked for Mirakl, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Autonomy, and General Electric in technical roles. His most recent role was Director of Solution Consulting at Mirakl, leading the presales team & partner training for the Americas.

    Manu Madhavan heads the Trivandrum office and manages the offshore delivery of multi-million dollar Ecommerce and Marketplace applications. With two decades of experience in the IT industry, Manu has a proven track record of driving software development along with a sharp focus on quality and customer satisfaction. An alumnus of College of Engineering (CET) Trivandrum, Manu was associated with many services organizations before joining McFadyen in 2012. All through his management career, Manu has managed and driven enterprise-wide accounts for many major clients across the globe.

    SHAJI NAIRSenior Vice President of Delivery

    Shaji Nair, an expert in delivering ecommerce programs for more than ten years, heads India operations of McFadyen Digital. Prior to McFadyen, Shaji lead global Oracle Commerce delivery for a top-tier IT company. An expert in onshore-offshore model, he is well known within IT circles for using innovative global delivery methods. Shaji’s stint with a “big 3” consulting firm in the US gave him exposure to the consulting side of business as he has managed program delivery. FOr the past ten years, Shaji has been exclusively delivering Ecommerce programs and is consulted by McFadyen’s clients for his expertise and thought leadership.
