Even while apart, we still stay together. Under more normal circumstances, each McFadyen office holds frequent seasonal celebrations, recreational events, contests, and competitions in-person, often virtually linked to other offices. That same connection remains, even while distancing, via frequent video collaboration, monthly all-hands calls, and company-wide contests, games, and challenges.
