This full-lifecycle
project involves the integtegration of reporting tools, Dynamo
personalization, and Interwoven's TeamSite. McFadyen Solutions
worked with the Bank's Interactive Marketing department to
design a strategy and technical solution for better understanding
and serving online customers.
McFadyen Solutions initially teamed with Earthweb
to assist with the stabilization of deployment and trouble-shooting
of the Dynamo start-up issues. In a second stage of development,
McFadyen Solutions continued working with Earthweb to review
site code prior to integrating Interwoven's TeamSite with
Dynamo.
Content management system designed to transition manual,
paper-based procedures to optimized, electronic processes.
The new system creates significant efficiencies in businesses
processes, save time, money and improving accuracy.
ATOFINA — formerly known as Elf Atochem — now enjoys the confidence
of knowing that MSDS data published on their Web site and
shared throughout the North American plants is accurate. They
are saving $60,000 annually, have an improved system for "Right
to Know" Compliance and an auditable trail.

and globalization. The ultimate challenge and accomplishment
was designing a system capable of managing high volumes of
continuous changes to web-based knowledge bases.
Founded in early 2000, the ATG Users Group To bring
together and make available valuable resources from experts,
end-users, and ATG to enable the entire community to get the
most from their IT investments.
Designed a centralized, web-based accounts payable system. Goals for the system included: addressing goals and concerns of the client, making the system comfortable for those involved in the workflow and incorporating legacy components that had proven previously successful.
The Client, with corporate headquarters in Philadephia, PA, is a leading international pharmaceutical company which employs 40,000 people in 49 facilities worldwide. McFadyen Solutions worked closely with the client for over 2 years on major projects including Y2K validation and database tuning performance analysis.
This project re-engineered a paper-based system of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) communication, making the data available on Internet and Intranet environments. The overall goal of this process change was to improve the security and accuracy of the ECN data. McFadyen Solutions employed a web content management system to meet this challenge.

McFadyen Solutions worked with a large Washington, D.C.-based Federal Agency on a Dynamo v5.5 project that includes the Dynamo Application Server (DAS), the ATG eBusiness Platform (DPS & DSS), and the ATG Enterprise Commerce Suite (B2C & B2B "DCS").

Construction of a Document Access Management System (DAMS) which expedites the document storage, retrieval, and automation of a Document Change Notice process. In a second phase, DAMS was integrated with an existing Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system.

The PSE&G project was designed to upgrade business processes in the Environmental, Health, & Safety division. The McFadyen Solutions implementation at PSE&G focused organizing and managing vast numbers of documents across multiple facilities to maintain auditable, regulatory compliance.
