The ATG Certification program was created following an intensive process in which more than 70 individuals, including 48 representing Alliance partners, participated in developing the examination criteria. Those that pass the exam demonstrate a thorough understanding of ATG solutions and an ability to maximize their out-of-the-box functionality. McFadyen Solutions is very proud to boast the largest number and percentage of ATG Certified Consultants of any ATG partner.

ATG Accredited Partner
McFadyen Solutions is the first ATG partner to meet the requirements of the ATG Accredited Partner Program. ATG established the Accredited Partner Program in an effort to distinguish the most qualified ATG alliance partners. The program provides a measurable tool for ATG customers to discern which partners are effectively qualified to perform successful ATG implementations. Metrics of the accreditation program requirements are based on levels of training, percentage of ATG certified consultants, and a specific number of client references from ATG implementations. McFadyen was the first partner to meet all of the prescribed requirements.

Requirements of the ATG Accredited Partner Program:
- Training: Each accredited alliance partner must complete at least 28 days of ATG instructor-led training. The training requirements are designed to ensure a well-rounded team of ATG professionals including: project managers, certified developers, scenario managers, and system administrators.
- Certification: In the requirements for the ATG Accredited Partner Program, each partner must have at least 3 certified developers. 90% of McFadyen Solutions's developer staff is certified, the largest number of any other ATG partner.
- Client References: To become ATG accredited, each alliance partner must have at least two references from completed ATG deployments. McFadyen Solutions boasts 80+ ATG implementations.
ATG Onsite/Offshore Services
McFadyen is to have some of the best ATG developers in the US. That tradition continues in India. McFadyen's India operations are seeded with our US-based Indian expatriates to ensure smooth project transition. McFadyen's clients are assured of uninterrupted development operations with the extremely stable infrastructure available in our facilities in TechnoPark, Trivandrum, India. Business continuity is ensured with redundant internet connections (trans-oceanic fiber and local satellite earth station), a backup generator for power, and redundant servers. Using Rational ClearCase, the project source code is synchronized between McFadyen's servers in the US and India. With staff, systems, and backups on both continents, business continuity is ensured in case of catastrophe in either location.
