key speaker at eBusiness World (formerly known as NetExpo).
eBusiness World will be held at the Washington, D.C. Convention
Center August 8-9, 2001. Now in its fifth year, eBusiness
World is the Mid-Atlantic's largest eBusiness expo and conference,

McFadyen Consulting's participation in eBusiness World will include a 45-minute speaking presentation entitled "The 10 P's of Online Customer Relationship Management (CRM)" on August 8th from 2:45-3:30 pm. The presentation will focus on multi-channeled, online experiences for customers including web, wireless, email, and other touch-points. McFadyen will explore how different channels of communucation work more effectively for different users. Real world applications of personalization engines, content management, analytics, time-based scenarios, and related technologies will be discussed. Case studies with actual business results will be presented.
